Return Policy
At ALOI, all of our orders are carefully inspected before shipping.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for used candles. However, if the item you received was damaged in transit, we would be happy to offer a refund or exchange.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at contact@aloistudio.com within 15 days of receipt. Seasonal candles or Limited Release candles may not be able to be replaced as the materials for these aren't available year-round.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged during transit so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
